Breaking the Cycle of Violence: Witnessing or experiencing bullying increases a young person’s risk of engaging in violent behavior later in life. Our program helps disrupt this cycle by teaching positive conflict resolution and fostering a culture of respect.
Target Population:
The program targets low-income elementary, middle, and high school students within Cook County, regardless of race or ethnicity.

Interactive Workshops: Engaging workshops led by a motivational speaker and life coach will address topics like self-esteem, goal setting, and navigating challenges. These sessions aim to empower youth and encourage them to stay in school and pursue their dreams.
Live Entertainment: A live musical entertainer and DJ will create a positive and uplifting atmosphere, fostering teamwork and cooperation among students.
“No Bully Zone Production”: This interactive presentation tackles bullying by helping students identify the roles of bully, victim, and bystander. Students learn strategies to de-escalate situations and advocate for themselves and others.
Skill Development: The program emphasizes valuable life skills, including conflict resolution, time management, communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
